Wow, so it's been a little while since the pain has hurt so badly that I can't breathe, but it just took my breath away. And nothing really triggered it...it just sort of appeared out of nowhere. I think I keep trying to run from it. It's weird because I run away from it by talking about facing the pain. Ha. I just want to be okay again...
